Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard shipping is $12.95 Australia-wide, express is $16.95, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Delivery time depends on your location plus the print turnaround.
Shipping rates
We ship Australia-wide with two options:
- Standard shipping: $12.95
- Express shipping: $16.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
The same flat rate applies whether you're in Adelaide, Perth, Cairns or Hobart. We use Australia Post and reputable courier networks for delivery.
International shipping isn't currently offered — we ship within Australia only.
How long it takes
Total delivery time is print turnaround plus shipping transit.
Print turnaround is a proof in 24 hours, then 2 to 3 business days to print after you approve the proof. We're closed weekends, so a proof sent Friday afternoon is approved Monday and dispatches Tuesday or Wednesday.
Shipping transit depends on where the order is going. From our Adelaide factory:
- Adelaide metro: 1 to 2 business days standard, next day express
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2 to 3 business days standard, 1 to 2 express
- Perth: 3 to 5 business days standard, 2 to 3 express
- Regional and remote: add 1 to 2 days
Add print turnaround to those transit times to estimate when an order will arrive.
Lightning Lane changes the maths
If you've used Lightning Lane (our rush service), the order dispatches the same business day, as long as the design is approved before 12pm Adelaide time. From there, shipping transit applies as normal.
Lightning Lane is $10 per garment, available on select AS Colour and Supply garments only. Read the Lightning Lane article for the details.
When the clock starts
The clock on print turnaround starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. If you place the order Monday morning, the proof goes out within 24 hours. If you approve it Monday afternoon, printing starts Tuesday and dispatches by Friday on standard turnaround.
If a proof sits unapproved for a day, the dispatch slides by a day. We can't print until the design is signed off.
Factory hours
We print Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm Adelaide time. Orders received outside those hours queue for the next business day. Weekend dispatch isn't available — Lightning Lane only applies on weekdays.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track it via the carrier's website (Australia Post, Sendle, or the courier indicated). Tracking updates can lag by a few hours after dispatch.
If a delivery is delayed by the carrier (occasionally happens with regional or post-public-holiday traffic), the timeline is in the carrier's hands. We monitor every dispatched order and chase up anything stuck longer than expected.
